Description
Savoye at Vitruvian Park was the first phase of a master planned multifamily and retail development in Addison. The apartments are distinctive due to their location, along a large suburban park that acts as the center point of the development.
The client, UDR, wanted to distinguish themselves among a crowded roster of new apartments. To that end, Vivanti Group and I were retained to create a unique printed lease kit to give to prospective renters. The kit features die cut lifestyle cards and floor plans, packaged within a translucent printed and embossed die cut container.
