Description
Gable Residences is a 7-story multifamily apartment located in Denver, Colorado’s upscale Cherry Creek district. I was asked to collaborate with the project interior designer to specify, design, produce, and install the signage program.

I created a simple type treatment logo that was used throughout the project, most notably the 5-story sign along the front facade.

Signage was designed to complement materials and finishes used throughout the project. ADA and directional signs in key amenity areas were black with dusted gold giving them a subtle patina. Letters and iconography were made of solid brushed brass to convey an upscale quality. Back of house signs were two overlapped layers of acrylic with traditional ADA materials.

Interior and exterior backlit LED signs had brushed brass and faux copper patina finishes. Exterior channel letter signs are opaque with backlighting.
