Description
Victory Park is a large upscale commercial and multifamily development near downtown Dallas, anchored by American Airlines Center and the W Hotel. Meghan Phillips of Total Concept Marketing was retained to a create marketing plan and brochure to promote the project to developers and retailers.

I designed a 24-page brochure that reflected the development’s upscale lifestyle and modern aesthetic, highlighting businesses and events while presenting real estate analytics in a pleasing, easy to digest format.
